RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of eyelashes and for health reasons, we do not accept any returns. ALL sales are final. We can only accept exchanges if you have received the wrong pair of lashes according to your order receipt. In the rare event that you receive a faulty pair of lashes, we will gladly exchange them for the same pair at no additional cost to you. We currently ship through U.S.P.S. Once your package(s) delivered to the shipping facility, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. We have no control over your package once it is shipped out. We will NOT be able to refund you if your package is lost/stolen/missing in transit.
Please understand that all orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control, and all delivery times are estimations. Orders delayed by the postal service are not the responsibility of Havida Lash. Orders marked as "Delivered" by the postal service are considered such, and Havida Lash will not be liable to refund or replace these types of orders. If the postal courier has marked a package as "Delivered," and you didn't receive it, please contact the courier to fill a claim and contact us at email@example.com for further help.
We precisely print each shipping label exactly as the information has been entered on our website. Please take extra time to ensure that the correct shipping address has been entered before finalizing your order to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address.
